RETURN /REFUND POLICY FOR SHE PRETTY CHIC BOUTIQUE
**ALL SALES ARE FINAL STORE CREDIT ONLY**
SHE PRETTY CHIC BOUTIQUE will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label for STORE CREDIT. We do not accept exchanges of any kind. All orders are non-refundable and ineligible for cancellation. Orders can not be canceled due to delays in processing time.
Return requests must be initiated by email within 3 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 3 days of submission to qualify for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND RETURNS BACK WITHOUT REQUESTING A RETURN AND RECEIVING AN APPROVAL.

**Please Note: All original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. To start an RETURN you must first REQUEST it through your customer account at sheprettychic.com . After requesting our customer service dept will ask the reason your requesting to return.

You might be asked to upload a picture of the merchandise depending on return reason. All RETURN request must be made within (3 days ) of delivery date . If the request is approved we will notify you . Once we have received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the return was approved or not for STORE CREDIT . Returns must be postmarked within 3 days from return approval or your return will be canceled.

Store credit covers original purchasing price and tax fees less 10% stocking fee. We highly recommend RETURN PACKAGE with TRACKING. Processing a return may take up to 7 business days. We will only issue CREDIT for packages if customer provides tracking information and shows delivered to our address. Many times customers claim they have returned package but have no proof the item was sent back, therefore, for the customers security and ours, we require proof in the form of a tracking number, showing delivery to our address. No exceptions.
A 10% restocking fee will also be applied on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. The customer will also cover any redeliver costs. We are not responsible for USPS not being able to deliver a package due to an address issue, or them not having a secure place to deliver the package.
HAIR/WIGS
Hair or wigs may be returned for store credit only as long as the original merchandise is not opened or tampered with in any way. Hair is considered a hygienic product and we value your health and safety as well as the safety of our team members and other customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns of any products that have been tampered with, are missing a label, or have been worn.
CANCELLATION
Once any order has been placed the order can not be CANCELED or CHANGED. We will not cancel any “MADE TO ORDER” orders after receiving payment due to automatic production of merchandise.

Made to order returns or exchanges on items due to buyer's remorse, incorrect size chosen, or change of mind on color chosen ( where applicable),etc.
However, SHE PRETTY CHIC will accept exchanges on MADE TO ORDER PRINT ON DEMAND items that were damaged upon receipt ( damages includes incorrect sizing from what was ordered, damaged or defective) which means If there is a defect in our product upon receiving the product, the customer has approximately 3(calendar) days from the date of package RECEIPT to notify us through your customer account at sheprettychic.com by clicking RETURN to initiate the exchange. No exceptions. If we do not receive notifications of defective/damaged items in 3 days, the return will be rejected for the exchange.

All items will be replaced with the SAME ITEM, SAME SIZE and COLOR. No exceptions.

In some instances, with graphic images (not font), the actual graphic may be increased in size for clarity in our store. This is NOT considered a DEFECT in quality or product. Please note colors may not be the exact, but extremely close, due to digital mock up limitations and varying screen resolutions.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an EXCHANGE will not be accepted.

Items mailed back for exchange due to “ DAMAGE or DEFECTIVE” must Not have any appearance of being worn, stains ,smells of smoke, perfume, deodorant, animal hair, item must be new with tags attached and returned in same packaging.

SHE PRETTY CHIC reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition.

We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us or are received by us after the exchange period will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

HOW TO EXCHANGE FOR MADE TO ORDER PRINT ON DEMAND ONLY

To start an exchange you must first notify us through your customer account at sheprettychic.com by clicking RETURN to initiate the exchange. No exceptions. If we do not receive notifications of defective/damaged items in 3 days, the return will be rejected for the exchange.

You will be asked to send a photo showing incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective. All claims must be made within (3 days ) of delivery date. If the exchange is approved you will receive a prepaid return label. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not . Your return package must be postmarked within 3 days from when the label is issued or your exchange will be canceled.

Additionally, We as merchants are not liable for an undelivered package due to incorrect shipping address or being left unclaimed at the post office. Being that there is no signature required upon delivery, we are NOT responsible for post office issues; relating to lost/stolen packages and/or incorrect provided shipping addresses.

No refund will be issued. It is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier (ex: USPS, UPS ). Any information needed to assist you with your claim shall be provided, You should receive compensation for your lost/stolen merchandise through the shipping carrier. If your tracking number shows that your package was “successfully delivered” then it becomes the responsibility of the post office.
