Orders are processed M-F an average of 3-5 business days. While our Made to Order Apparel takes 5-7 business days to create, depending on the order. In some cases, due to item back order, or Holidays there may be a slight delay  (usually of no more than 3 additional business days). 

SHIPPING COST

Our shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. 

SHIPPING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking number to the email you provided during check out.

U.S. customers can expect to receive their item(s) in 5- 10 business days or less once it has shipped. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

Please note that US customers will receive a tracking number once purchased has shipped .

DELIVERY ADDRESS & P.O. BOXES

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order.

If an item is returned to us as unable to deliver(due to, for example, incorrect address provided, a change in address before the order was shipped, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for reshipment. At that time the customer will be invoiced for shipping to reattempt delivery. If it has exceeded the 3 days we allow for an exchange we cannot issue credit or in any case cancel the order.

Additionally, We as merchants are not liable for an undelivered package due to incorrect shipping address or being left unclaimed at the post office. Being that there is no signature required upon delivery, we are NOT responsible for post office issues; relating to lost/stolen packages and/or incorrect provided shipping addresses. No refund will be issued. If your tracking number shows that your package was “successfully delivered” then it becomes the responsibility of the post office.

No refund will be issued. It is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier (ex: USPS, UPS ). Any information needed to assist you with your claim shall be provided, You should receive compensation for your lost/stolen merchandise through the shipping carrier. If your tracking number shows that your package was “successfully delivered” then it becomes the responsibility of the post office.
